LEGAL / RESPONSIBLE USE
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to the Arcwise AI website now and is the intended baseline for any separately agreed pre-release pilot. A pilot agreement may add stricter limits.
Use only what you are authorized to use
You may not submit, query, monitor, enrich, or act on locations, systems, accounts, credentials, personal information, or third-party content unless you have a lawful basis and any required authorization. Control of a user account does not prove authority over a property, organization, dataset, or system.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, or unlawful surveillance.
- Targeting people or sensitive locations in ways that create a foreseeable risk of harm.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, test security without written authorization, introduce malware, or interfere with the site or another service.
- Submitting credentials, secret keys, regulated data, or sensitive personal data to public website forms.
- Misrepresenting illustrative output as a live or authoritative Arcwise AI result.
- Removing source attribution or using third-party data beyond its applicable license.
- Using geographic output as the sole basis for housing, employment, credit, insurance, legal, healthcare, or similarly consequential eligibility decisions.
Safety and professional judgment
Do not use Arcwise AI for emergency dispatch, safety-critical navigation, autonomous control of physical equipment, property surveying, title determination, legal boundaries, or any use where stale or inaccurate geographic information could cause injury or material damage. Qualified people and authoritative records must control those decisions.
Agent actions and approval
A future agent integration must use least-privilege credentials, declare the scope of each tool, preserve source and uncertainty information, and require a human to approve consequential external action. An agent must not bind an organization or communicate an official determination unless the organization has expressly authorized that action.
Enforcement and reporting
We may decline a request, suspend a pilot, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when use creates security, legal, or safety risk. Report suspected misuse through the contact form.
